DRYVN Return Policy

At DRYVN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for all products within 30 days of the delivery date.  
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dryvn.com.
- We may request photos of the damage or defect to help process your return.  
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, at your choice.

3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@dryvn.com with your order number and a description of the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.  
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective.

4. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Exceptions
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Items returned outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
